Eco-innovation: soil remediation partner 13 BE 0213 3SSK

PS CIP Eco-innovation: looking for an engineering consultancy willing to develop a business approach of soil phytoremediation services.

The overall objective of the planned project is to contribute to soil protection in the EU by making soil remediation more accessible, cost-effective and environmentally friendly. The project aims at the first market application of phytoremediation services to offer an eco-sustainable alternative to current widely used but expensive soil remediation traditional techniques.

Specific objectives of the planned Eco-innovation project:

- To validate the ecological and economic performance of phytoremediation in the complex realities of polluted soils in the Brussels Capital Region

- To demonstrate the replication potential, wider application and marketability of phytoremediation in other European countries.


The consortium is still looking for an environmental engineering consultancy with expertice in soil decontamination and willing to develop a business approach of phytoremediation services.
